Our products are coming with fixed pricing  as specified in the website. we give special offers on certain products for a limited time or until stock lasts and such offers are clearly mentioned in website.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error, accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

We do not accept returns unless and until there’s a genuine reason for default/ damage in the item purchased. The chances of damage/ default piece being shipped will be very less as there will be a thorough check during dispatch. But nevertheless, if you find any, please feel free to contact us in the contact no provided/ drop us an email. We request the same to reach us within 2 working days of receival of the parcel.

SIZE ISSUES

All  items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our websites.  Please confirm the measurements stated that are suitable or not before you consider purchasing.  All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 1.0-2.0cm vary to the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice. COLOR ISSUES

Customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colors due to different display settings. Colors difference from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the dresses shown on our website /Facebook page.  However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  Picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

We do strictly no Refunds. Exchanges are possible within 7 days. Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week. The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact. No exchanges are allowed in case of minor colour or design variations, or slight imperfections in the weave; as all our items are handcrafted.
