Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Thameha.com, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping channels who work 12/5 to help us send packages. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

 Shipping charges for orders will be calculated automatically by website  based on weight & number of products and price will vary accordingly.

Time taken to deliver your order:
We get on your toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:
Within India – your order should reach you as per the working days mentioned for the product  under product description. Each product having different dispatch duration as our products gets manufactured after placing the order, until otherwise specified as ready for dispatch

 For international delivery to countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, & Europe , etc.– your order should reach  as per the product dispatch days Plus Courier shipping days taken based on Country and Courier partner delivery time  from the date of order.

We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the courier service (Speed Post ) has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs or other conditions.

Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

International Shipping:
International shipping is possible. The checkout page shows you the exact shipping rates for your country. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country. All International shipments are sent as “signature not required on delivery”.

International Customs Charges:
Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company’s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer, unless it is charged at checkout.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:

While we do everything we ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person, as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email.

All orders are dispatched from Thrissur, Kerala. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. 

Return & Refund Policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error, accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

We do not accept returns unless and until there’s a genuine reason for default/ damage in the item purchased. The chances of damage/ default piece being shipped will be very less as there will be a thorough check during dispatch. But nevertheless, if you find any, please feel free to contact us in the contact no provided/ drop us an email. We request the same to reach us within 2 days of receival of the parcel.

SIZE ISSUES

All  items we had already clearly stated the measurement in our websites.  Please confirm the measurements stated that are suitable or not before you consider purchasing.  All size & measurement charts serve as guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.  The measurement might have a difference of 1.0-2.0cm vary to the real item.  For more information, you may seek our advice. COLOR ISSUES

Customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design. All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colors due to different display settings. Colors difference from pictures displayed.  We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the dresses shown on our website /Facebook page.  However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.  Picture featured is only for illustration purposes, please base on the actual product received.

We do strictly no Refunds. Exchanges are possible within 7 days. Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week. The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact. No exchanges are allowed in case of minor colour or design variations, or slight imperfections in the weave; as all our items are handcrafted.
